Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiohoata A No. 26 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Torere on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Guy Lloyd Francis shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 15th day of May, 1920.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Torere No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Torere on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Paku Edwards and Karauria Shaw shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Gordon Reid Troup shall be agreed to.”

“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Paku Edwards and Karauria Shaw shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Gordon Reid Troup shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Omania Limited shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Ernest McGregor shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to the Bartholomew Land and Timber Company shall be agreed to.”
