REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tahora 2AE No. 3, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Charles Francis Eivers shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to G. Ramson shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Karauria Shaw and Henare Edwards shall be agreed to.”

“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Edward F. Johnson shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Warakihi Waiapu, Wakaroa Waiapu, Oke Waiapu, and Waikapu Ratunui shall be agreed to.”
