Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otawa No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Monday, the 21st day of June, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Gilbert William Brown shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukangataru B 1F No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Friday, the 18th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Edward George Cruickshank shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North D No. 1E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Friday, the 18th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Samuel J. Conn shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Wednesday, the 16th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a portion of the purchase-money be devoted towards the expenses in connection with the hearing of the Lakes cases, and a portion to the erection of a monument in honour of Maori soldiers from Te Arawa Tribe who fought in the great war, 1914—1920.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Iris Frances Humphrys shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karatia No. 1A Block, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Arthur R. Turnbull shall be agreed to; in the alternative, “That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Arthur R. Turnbull shall be agreed to.”
