Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.
NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

NOTICE is hereby given that the licenses of the under-mentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Southland Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SECTION 209, Block XII, Oreti Hundred. Tenure, O.R.P.; Lease No. 637. Formerly held by Samuel Buick. Reason for forfeiture: At licensee’s request.
Section 20, Block VII, Aparima Hundred. Tenure, O.R.P.; Lease No. 687. Formerly held by Wm. Grant-Ussher, the Younger. Reason for forfeiture: Insufficient improvements and not residing.

Land in the Wellington Land District for Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers.
District Lands and Survey Office,

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands are open for sale or lease under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and the regulations thereunder; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, the 28th June, 1920.
The lands may be purchased for cash or on deferred payments, or selected on lease for thirty-three years, with right of renewal for further successive terms of thirty-three years and a right to acquire the freehold.
Applicants must appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 29th June, 1920, at 10 o’clock a.m. The ballot will be held at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, at the conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Tiraumea Settlement.—Eketahuna County.—Puketoi Survey District.
SECTIONS 6s and 7s: Area, 776 acres; capital value, £8,745; instalment on deferred payment (excluding interest), £437 5s.; half-yearly rent on lease, £196 15s. 3d.
Situate about thirty miles eastward of Eketahuna, accessible by good metalled motor-road. The country generally is undulating to easy hills, well grassed, native grasses predominating; soil fair to good quality, on papa and sandstone formation. It is suitable for grazing sheep and cattle.
The improvements which are included in the capital value of the land are fencing, £204 10s.
The successful selector will be required to take over improvements, comprising a partially completed four-roomed dwelling valued at £251 2s. 6d., insured for £400; and fencing on boundary of Sections 7 and 10, the total length being 66½ chains, valued at £216 10s. 1d.
