REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 69B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Charles Wagland, Phillip Alfred Hyde, and George Hyde for the sum of £2 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a portion of the land, containing 100 acres, be leased to George Hamilton Metcalfe for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tokonui 1D 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Frank Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 6s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 12s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

“ That the land be sold to Riria Miraka and Piko Hariata for the sum of £5 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Ada Grace Potts for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Sections 12, 13, and 14, Block XXV, Township of Otorohanga, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the sections be sold to the Crown for the purpose of erecting workers’ dwellings thereon under the Workers’ Dwellings Act, 1910.”
