Taumarunui on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to William George Somerville for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years. Compensation up to £3 per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to William George Somerville for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 2D 1C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Charles Phillip Smith for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 73B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Blanche Stewart Runciman for the amount of the Government valuation (£2,363).”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District. hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 60A 3B 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ License to Heinrick Martin Beuck to cut and remove for ten years all the timber lying, standing, or being on the said land, upon the following terms and conditions: (1.) The purchaser shall pay royalty for all such timber cut and removed from off the said land at 1s. per 100 superficial feet, such measurement being sawn measurement. (2.) The purchaser shall have full power to erect a mill, tramways, and bridges and other accessories thereto, and all buildings he shall deem necessary; provided that such mill, tramways, bridges, accessories, and buildings are removed before the end of the period aforesaid. (3.) The purchaser shall have the right to graze upon the said land not more than twelve bullocks, and pay 6d. per week for each bullock for such grazing.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarama 3A 6B Section 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Turereiao Gillies, of Waimarama, aboriginal Native, for the sum of £142.”

“ That the land be sold to Norma White, of Ongaonga, at the Government valuation (£633).”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Koau Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1920, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the block be sold to Alexander MacDonald and Rose MacDonald, of Kuripapango, at the amount of the Government valuation, but not less than 2s. per acre.”
