Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papatuku 5B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 28th day of January, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Matilda Maud Finer, of Waitotara, married woman, for twenty-one years, at a rental of 10s. per acre per annum or at 5 per cent. of the Government valuation of the said land, whichever be the higher.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 11, Block II, Tangitu Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation (£1,045).”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 10, Block II, Tangitu Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation (£874).”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taharoa B 1B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,764.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapuiwahine 1c 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That all timber now growing, lying, or being on the said land be sold to Joseph Hankin, the price for such timber to be by valuation. The Native owners to appoint one valuer and Hankin another. In the event of disagreement, price to be fixed by arbitrator.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33c 3B 4B 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Arthur Mold for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 6s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 31E 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Mary Ann Farmer for the sum of £4 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the portion of the land to the south-west of the road be sold to E. A. Merrin for the sum of £3 per acre.
“ (2.) That on the execution by the lessee of a surrender of the existing lease of the land north-east of the road, a new lease be granted to him at 6s. per acre for the unexpired portion of the present period of twenty-one years, and a further twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value to affect the same land.”

“ That the land be sold to Edith Alice Howe for the amount of the Government valuation.”
