Notice of Meeting of Owners under the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukemanuka A 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of Pukemanuka A 2 Block, under Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909, be granted to Warihi Huihui and Te Auiti Haenga, of Kahukura, sheep-farmers, as administrators in the estate of Timoti te Kaui, deceased.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Marangairoa 1A 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa, on Monday, the 8th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Marangairoa 1A 1 Block be granted to Henare Pereto, of Te Araroa, aboriginal Native, for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of not less than 5 per cent. of the Government capital valuation of the said land, with the right to compensation for improvements effected during the said term of twenty-one years.”
NOTE.—The present capital valuation of the block is £4,744.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whetumatarau No. 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Whetumatarau No. 2 Block be granted to Riwai Rangihuna, farmer, of Te Araroa, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation, with a right to compensation for improvements at the end of the term.”
NOTE.—The present valuation is £198.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kainanga No. 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Kainanga No. 3 Block be granted to Hemoata Mahuika, of Kahukura, Native farmer, for twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation of the said land, with the right of compensation for improvements which are put by the lessee upon the said land, and are unexhausted on the termination of the above term.”
NOTE.—The capital valuation of the land is £4,590.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pourewa No. 6 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolaga Bay on Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Pourewa No. 6 Block be sold to Jessie Edith Loisel, wife of Henri Loisel, of Tolaga Bay, sheep-farmer, for the sum of £10 an acre.”
NOTE.—The present valuation of the land is £90.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangatuna 2G 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolaga Bay on Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Mangatuna 2G 2 Block be granted to Miria Marino, of Tolaga Bay, Native woman, for twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation of the said land, with the right to compensation for improvements which are put by the lessee upon the said land during the term of the proposed lease, and are unexhausted on the termination of such term.”
NOTE.—The present valuation of the said Block is £192.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutuwhinau 1C Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manutahi on Tuesday, the 2nd day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Tutuwhinau 1C Block be granted to Hori Manuel, of Whareponga, for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation of the said land.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation (15th July, 1916) was £1,400.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhariki No. 5E is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Mangawhariki 5E Block be leased to Keita Maki, of Waiapu, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rent equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government capital valuation, together with the right to compensation for improvements effected by the lessee during the said term.”
NOTE.—The present valuation of the land is £400.
