REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngatipahiko B No. 3c No. 8 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Monday, the 19th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Benjamin Buxton, senior, be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotoiti No. 3n Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a portion of the rent-money be devoted towards the erection of a monument in honour of Maori soldiers from Te Arawa Tribe who fought in the great war, 1914–20.”
