REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketaururu 6b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Monday, the 31st day of May, 1920, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said section be sold to William Pole, of Kaikohe, agent, for the price of £11 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihou Lower A No. 37 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Monday, the 3rd day of May, 1920, at 1.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to James Rainey, of Rawene, for the price of £1 5s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parahaki No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Thursday, the 24th day of June, 1920, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to William Alison, of Parakao, farmer, for the sum of £760, or £2 8s. per acre. The purchaser to pay all costs in connection with the said sale.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oromahoe M will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1920, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to Augustus E. Bedggood, of Waimate North, farmer, for the sum of £3 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B No. 2b Section 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Monday, the 19th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Duncan H. Sinclair be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 31st day of March, 1920.

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Oswald Peter Murrison Duncan be agreed to.”
