REGULATION No. 52

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 6B, Parish of Matata, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Aoerere Matene be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whare-o-te-Rangimarere No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Monday, the 19th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to H. Bertram be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Haumingi No. 9 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a sum of £52 from the rents be devoted towards the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa Tribe who fought in the European war, 1914-20.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to C. Burch be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1920, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Herbert Punch, of Raetihi, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, at the rent of 2s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and at the rent of 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value for the remaining twenty-one years.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £1,627.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Andrew Anderson, of Pipiri ki, farmer, for a term of forty-two years—twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, and the next twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved value in 1941.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £1,627.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papatupu 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1920, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Atutahi Pirikahu, of Ngutuwerā, farmer, for twenty-one years, at a rental of £5 per cent. of the present Government valuation.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £2,537.

“ That the said land be sold to Mary Ann Kennedy, of Moumahaki, at the price of the present Government valuation of the owner’s interest.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaipo B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Frederick Train, of Wai-totara, storekeeper, for the amount of the Government valuation.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £303.
