boundary of a block of 1,000 acres to the Waiparapara Block,
and by that block, Sections 7 and 1, Block IV, Hastings
Survey District; thence towards the east generally by a
stream to and by the southern boundary of Section 5, Block
IV; thence by Section 17, Block V, Hastings Survey Dis-
trict, a block of 50 acres, and again by Section 17, Block V

the north by the north portion of timber-lease area in
Block VI, Whitianga Survey District; thence towards the
east generally by Section 23, Block VIA, the Tasman Sea, to
Section 1, Block VIA; thence by Sections 1 and 2, the northern
boundary of the southern portion of timber-lease area afore-
said and Whenuakiti No. 2 Block to the place of commence-
ment. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 7,600 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks
III, VII, VIII, XI, and XII, Hastings Survey District.
Bounded towards the north generally by the Coromandel
County from the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block
VI, Hastings Survey District, to the south-western boundary
of Taranoho Block; thence towards the east generally by
that block, Sections 1 and 5, Block XII, to a point due east of
the northern boundary-line of L.B.T.A. (revoked by Gazette,
1917, p. 4019) in Block XII, Hastings Survey District; thence
to and by the northern boundary aforesaid to the Waipa-
tukahu River, and by that river to Section 7, Block II, Hast-
ings Survey District; thence by Sections 7 aforesaid and 5
of aforesaid block, H.P.L. of 400 acres, the eastern and north-

Bounded towards the north generally by Sections 4, 40, 20,
Block XI, Hastings Survey District, the road forming the
southern boundary of Section 7, Block XI aforesaid, and by
that road and Section 36, Block XI aforesaid, to the western
boundary of Block XII; thence by that boundary to the
southern boundary of L.B.T.A. Section 1 of Block XII, and
by that boundary to a track which intersects that boundary ;
thence by that track to the northern boundary of W.T.A.
Section 9, and by that section, W.T.A. Section 3, Section 39,
Block XI aforesaid, and H.P.L. 167 to the place of com-
