All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,036 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Ohinemuri Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road from the southernmost corner of Section 7, Block X, Ohinemuri Survey District, the water-supply reserve, and again by the public road aforesaid, Sections 64, 65, 4, 3, 8, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, 12, 13, and 11, Block XIV aforesaid, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 69, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 499 acres, more or less, situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District. Bounded as follows: Section 64, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, a public road, Sections 29, 50, and 19 of aforesaid block, Waitete Stream, a public road, Sections 59, 5, and 65, all of Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 69, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,843 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Aroha Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road from the southernmost corner of Section 33, Block III, Aroha Survey District, to Section No. 41; thence by Section No. 41, county boundary, the northern boundary of State forest reserve, Sections 2, 8, and 7, Block VI, Aroha Survey District, and Ngatitamatera Reserve, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 69, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,886 acres, situated in Blocks I, II, VI, Aroha Survey District, commencing at the confluence of the Waitawheta Stream and Ohinemuri River; thence by the Waitawheta Stream aforesaid, by Section 19, Block II, Aroha Survey District, again by aforesaid stream, and by H.P.L. 108, Block II, Aroha Survey District; thence by Sections 6, 7, 5, Block VI, aforesaid survey district, 24, 23, Block V, aforesaid survey district, 17, 16, Block I, aforesaid survey district, by H.P.L. 169, Sections 4, 12, 1, 9, and 18, Block I aforesaid, Raratu Township, Sections 7, 13, Block I aforesaid, a public road, to the place of commencement: excepting Sections 10, 19, and 15, Block I, Aroha Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan 69, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 19,600 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks X, XI, XII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Waro Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Pouatu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections 4 and 5, Block X, Waro Survey District, Mount Damper Road, national endowment land in Blocks XI and XII aforesaid (see New Zealand Statutes, 1908, No. 94), Sections 22 and 10, Block V, Ohura Survey District; towards the east by Section 1 (F.R.), Block IX aforesaid, Section 1, Scenic and Forest Reserve, Block XII, Waro Survey District, Sections 1 (E.R.) and 3, Block XVI aforesaid; towards the south by proposed scenic reserve one mile from Tangarakau Stream in Block XVI, Waro, and Blocks IV and III, Pouatu Survey Districts; towards the west generally by Section 5, Block III, Pouatu Survey District, Rangi Road, Block XV, Waro Survey District, Section 9, Block XIV, Waro Survey District, by Mount Damper Road, Block X aforesaid, Section 8, Block XIV aforesaid, Okau Road, and Sections 2 and 1, Block X aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 85, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,500 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks V, IX, and XIII, Aria Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections 11 and 12, Block V, Aria Survey District; towards the east by Sections 13 and 9, Block V aforesaid, Sections 1 and 2, Block IX aforesaid, Sections 1, 2 (E.R.), and 3, Block XIII aforesaid; towards the south by Section 2, Block 1, Ohura Survey District; towards the west by Mohakatino-Parininihi 1r Block, Blocks X, VI, and II, Mokau Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 85, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,850 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Block X, and Section 9, Block VI, Aria Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 85, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,964 acres, more or less, being Sections 6 and 7, Block V, and Section 9, Block VI, Waro Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 86, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 350 acres, more or less, situate in Block XIV, Opaku Survey District. Bounded towards the north and north-east generally by Sections 13, 12, 15, and Maben Road, Block XIV aforesaid; towards the south by Run No. 1; towards the west by Section 14, all being in Block XIV aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 86, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing 2,200 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks IX and X, Hikurangi Survey District. Bounded towards the east by the Mangaokura Stream; towards the south by Sections 1, 2, 3, and 5, Block XIV, Hikurangi Survey District; towards the west by the Ruatahunga Stream; and towards the north by a line from the Ruatahunga Stream on a bearing of 82°, for a distance of approximately 270 chains, to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked 87, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 11,650 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I, II, V, VI, and IX, Tuahu Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of a forest reserve, thence north-easterly along the boundary between the Hawke’s Bay and the Auckland Land Districts to the south-western corner of the Tahora Block; thence generally easterly along the southern boundary of that block and the Mangakahikatoa Stream and the Waipaoa River to its intersection with the western boundary of Small Grazing-run 114; thence southerly along the western boundary of that small grazing-run to the Gisborne–Waikaremoana Road; thence south-westerly along the northern side of the road to its intersection with Small Grazing-run 94; thence westerly and southerly by the northern and western boundaries of that small grazing-run to its intersection with the aforesaid Gisborne–Waikaremoana Road; thence south-westerly along the northern side of that road to its intersection with a forest reserve; thence northerly by the eastern boundary of that reserve to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked 88, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,500 acres, more or less, situate in Block V, Makaretu Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at the most southerly point of Small Grazing-run 101, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction along the southern boundary of the said Small Grazing-run 101; thence southerly to a point on the north bank of the Tukituki River distant about thirty chains; along the said bank of the said river from the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V aforesaid; thence along the said river to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V, Makaretu Survey District; and thence in a north-easterly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Block V, Makaretu Survey District, to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 89, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 1,920 acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Inangahua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the boundary of the Inangahua County; towards the south-east by national-endowment lands; and towards the south by the southern boundary of Inangahua Survey District.
