ERRATA.—In the notification “Letters of Naturalization granted or endorsed” published in New Zealand Gazette No. 25, of the 11th March, 1920, page 800, for “Rosendale, Hans Theodore” read “Rosendale, Hans Theodore”; for “Rubenchick, Aron” read “Rubenchick, Aaron”; and for “Vanhoutte, Pamphill” read “Vanhoutte, Pamphil.”

In the Proclamation dated 5th day of March, 1920, taking additional land at Kaiwarra for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 25, of 11th March, 1920, pages 786 and 787, in he Schedule, for “11·72 roods” read “11·72 perches.”

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5,900 acres, more or less, situated in Colville, Moehau, and Harataunga Survey Districts. Bounded towards the north and north-east generally by H.P.L. 75, Block I, Colville Survey District, Section 3, across a public road, and by that road to the southern boundary of Section 10, Block I, Colville Survey District; thence by Sections 10 aforesaid, 7, 6, Sections 15, 6, 8, of Block I, Harataunga Survey District, the western boundary of Tangiaronui Block, the north-eastern boundary of Paraemauku, the north-western boundary of that block, and the north-western boundaries of Moehau No. 1H and 1G 1 Blocks; thence by Sections 1, 3, and 5, Block IV, part of the southern, the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of forest reserve of 2,720 acres to the north-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block I, Moehau Survey District; thence by Sections 7, 6, 8, 4, Block I, Moehau Survey District, and 2, Block I, Colville Survey District, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 288 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks II and IV, Moehau Survey District. Bounded towards the north by forest reserve of 2,720 acres in Block II, Moehau Survey District; towards the south-east by Section 5, Block IV, Moehau Survey District; and towards the south-west by Moehau No. 1K Block to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 962 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Harataunga Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Matamataharakeke Block, from the westernmost corner of that block to the intersection of the northern boundary of Moehau No. 2B; thence towards the south-east by the last said block to the Whareroa Stream; thence towards the south generally by that stream to the north boundary of Moehau No. 2A No. 2 No. 2B; thence by that boundary to Section 8, Block VI, Harataunga Survey District; and towards the west generally by that section to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 262 acres, more or less, situated in Block I, Coromandel Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the road forming the south-western boundary of Section 17, Block VIII, Harataunga Survey District; thence by Section 14, Block I, Coromandel Survey District, and Section 8, Block I, Coromandel Survey District, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,525 acres, more or less, situated in Block II, Coromandel Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 7, Block I, Coromandel Survey District; towards the north-east generally by the Harataunga West and East Blocks to the Waikoromiko Stream; thence by that stream to Section 13, Block II, Coromandel Survey District; and towards the south generally by Sections 13 and 11, Block II aforesaid, Section 22, Surburbs of Buffalo Township, and Sections 10, 14, and 12, Block II aforesaid, to a public road, and by that road to its intersection with a public road, and by that road and Section 7 to the road forming the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block II, Coromandel Survey District; and towards the west by that road to the place of commencement: excepting Sections 1 and 6, Block II, Coromandel Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan 67, in green. deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,034 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks IV and VII, Otama Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 6, Block IV, Otama Survey District; towards the south-east by Kuautunu No. 6 Block;
