A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the pastoral land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, relating to small grazing-runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Nelson Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix three years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.
