Appointments, Promotions, and Discharges of Officers on Active Service with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, and discharges of the undermentioned officers on active service with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force, vide List No. 101, N.Z.E.F. Orders.

STAFF.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) D. I. C. Bryan, N.Z.S.C., on being posted to the 1st Bn. Royal West Surrey Regiment, Aldershot, ceases to be attached for duty to the N.Z.E.F. Dated 31st October, 1919.

Memorandum.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) D. I. C. Bryan, N.Z.S.C., was attached to the G.O.C., N.Z.E.F., as New Zealand Staff Officer, from 29th September, 1919, to 24th October, 1919.

AUCKLAND MOUNTED RIFLES.

2nd Lieutenant W. A. Bennett, discharged in Egypt, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 20th August, 1919.

CANTERBURY MOUNTED RIFLES.

Lieutenant J. M. R. Studholme, discharged in England, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 7th October, 1919.

Major R. T. Bruce, discharged in Egypt, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 22nd July, 1919.

N.Z. FIELD ARTILLERY.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) W. Ivory, R.N.Z.A., reported to the R.N.Z.A. for the purpose of undergoing an Ordnance Course in England, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F., but retains the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 31st October, 1919.

Lieutenant-Colonel H. E. Pilkington, C.B.E., R.N.Z.A., returning to New Zealand for demobilization, relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Ordnance Services, N.Z.E.F. Dated 30th October, 1919.

N.Z. ENGINEERS.

Field Companies.

Captain T. W. Dollimore, rejoining the British Army, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 31st October, 1919.

AUCKLAND REGIMENT.

Lieutenant S. Ruddock, discharged in England, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 2nd August, 1919.

CANTERBURY REGIMENT.

2nd Lieutenant H. Perry ceases to be seconded for Special Service. Dated 29th October, 1919.

OTAGO REGIMENT.

2nd Lieutenant G. F. Brinsley, discharged in England, is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. Dated 10th October, 1919.
