A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wairau Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as roads the land in Avon and Hodder Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto.
