Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block V,
Longwood Survey District, Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee
of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the
Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose
district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land
described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the
like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
l rood 27·4 perches.
Portion of Section 68; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: l rood
27·6 perches.
Adjoining Section 68; coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Longwood Survey District.
All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/809,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above men-
tioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Hukerenui Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.

Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Governmen-
House at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1920.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purpose of a
Native School in Block XVI, Matakaoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirteenth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and pub-
lished in the New Zealand Gazette No. 72, of the nineteenth
day of the same month, taking land for the purpose of a
Native school in Tihioanomo No. 4, Block XVI, Matakaoa
Survey District (Poverty Bay R.D.), made under the Public
Works Act, 1908, such land being not now required for the
purpose for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1920.

Upper Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres
0 roods 29 perches.
Portion of part Allotment 156, Parish of Matata, Block VI,
Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R D.) (S.O.
21054.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50390,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 14th day of December, 1920.

Mangaorongo Survey District, West Taupo County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I. John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
quarry, and shall vest in the Mangaorongo Road Board, as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: l acre.
