Declaring Portion of Lower Moeawatea Road, in the Eltham County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of December, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Lower Moeawatea Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Eltham County, commencing at its junction with Rawhitiroa Road at the north-western corner of Section 5, Block XVI, Omona Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction along the western boundary of the said Section 5 for a distance of forty chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50296, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Directing Sale of Railway Land under the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of December, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the thirtieth section of the Public Works Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that if it is found that any land held, taken, purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever, for any public work is not required for such public work the Governor-General may, by an Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the conditions set forth in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct the sale of the said land.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 acres 1 rood 14 perches.
Portion of railway reserve (part Section 4, Pukekohe Parish), Block XI, Drury Survey District, Pukekohe Borough. (S.O. 20977, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 28116, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring that the Provisions of Section 109 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to a certain Block of Native Land.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of December, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council at any time declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to any block, section, or subdivision of land comprised in leases granted or confirmed under the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1881, and the amendments thereof:
And whereas it is expedient that the provisions of section one hundred and nine aforesaid shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, for the purchase of which the Crown desires to negotiate:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

NGATIHAUA Block, being Section 48, Block I, Waimate Survey District, Grant 3802: Area, 178 acres 3 roods 36 perches.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 13th day of December, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint WALTER DOUGLAS, JOHN NEWLANDS, GEORGE SAVILLE, SAMUEL SHACKLETON, and JAMES WYLIE, as from the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Maheno Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at
