At the Government House at Auckland, this 13th day of
December, 1920.

His Excellency The Governor-General In Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
EDWARD COOGAN,
PERCIVAL JACKSON,
SAMUEL KNIGHT,
ALEXANDER WILLIAM MARSH, and
FREDERIC HERBERT SIMS,
as from the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, to be the Ongarue Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto;
and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fifth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at half past two
o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Ongarue,
as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land
other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of
December, 1920.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General In Council.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a
further period of six months the Order in Council dated
the nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty, and gazetted the twenty-ninth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all aliena-
tion of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto
other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
