the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Wairoa County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 2 acres 0 roods 3 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Suburban Section 37, Wairoa Military Settlement (Poverty Bay R.D.), situated in Block IX, Opoiti Survey District.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45175, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Road in Block X, Otanake Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of December, 1920.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road declared to be a Government road: 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 10 of Block X, and Karu-o-te-whenua No. 1c Section 1 Block, situated in Block X, Otanake Survey District. (S.O. 21282.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Wanganui River Road (Left Bank), Kaitieke County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 13th day of December, 1920.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road (Left Bank), in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, commencing at its junction with the Te Maire Road in Waimarino C.D. No. 1e Block, Block III, Hunua Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Waimarino C.D. Nos. 1e, 1g, 1f, Block III, Hunua Survey District, and Waimarino C.D. No. 2, Block III, Hunua Survey District, and Block I, Owatua Survey District, and terminating at a point about twenty-two chains west of the boundary between the said Block III, Hunua Survey District, and Block I, Owatua Survey District; being a distance of one mile, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of Bull Creek Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with Tata Road on the northern boundary of Section 18, Block XII, Mapara Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 18 and part Section 19, Block XII, Mapara Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between the said Section 19 and Section 20 near the north-eastern corner of the said Section 19, Block XII, Mapara Survey District; being a distance of 47½ chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50311, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of Mapiu Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with Tata Road near the south-eastern corner of Section 16, Block XI, Mapara Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 23, 14, and 13, Block XI, Section 72B 1B Section 1A, Blocks XI and VII, and Section 72B 1B Section 2, Block VII, Mapara Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Mangaiti Road near the north-western corner of Section 5, Block VII, Mapara Survey District; being a distance of 3 miles 22 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50323, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
