Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Wendon Survey District, Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Southland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the First Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said First Schedule, and also do hereby, with the like consent as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/785, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Alexandra Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Portion of
2 2 25 Section 2; coloured red.
3 1 24 50, Karamu Parish; coloured chocolate.

Situated in Block II, Alexandra Survey District. (S.O. 20436)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50089, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of December, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Southland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Wanganui Harbour Board, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of December, 1920.
