Lands set apart as Provisional State Forests.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,157 acres, more or less, and being Waipoua No. 2b No. 3A Section 2, Blocks VI and VII, Waipoua Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 105, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Forestry Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
All that area of Crown land subdivided into sections, in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,450 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks I, II, III, and IX, Martins Bay Survey District; save and except the freehold sections. As the same is delineated on sheet 3 of roll map 450, deposited in the Head Office, Forestry Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of December, 1920.

Closing a Piece of Road adjoining the School Reserve in Hawtrey Settlement, Block XI, Belmont Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section sixty of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1919, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby close the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, the said land will, from and after the date hereof, form part of the Johnsonville School Reserve, and for the purposes of section two of the Johnsonville School Reserve Act Amendment Act, 1900, be deemed to be situate within the limits of the Johnsonville Town District.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 28 perches, more or less, being part of a public road adjoining Section 18 of the school reserve in Hawtrey Settlement, Block XI, Belmont Survey District. Bounded towards the south-west by Wakefield Street, 150 links; towards the north-west and north-east by a public road, 100 and 178 links; and towards the south-east by Section 18 of the school reserve aforesaid, 101 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 13/1457, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 5, Block VIII, Wairere Survey District: Area, 18 acres 2 roods.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
Section 77, Block I, Moeraki Survey District: Area, 13 acres 0 roods 16 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of December, 1920.
