ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Waipa, West Taupo, and Matamata Counties, commencing at the north-western corner of Allotment 134, Puniu Parish; thence in a south-easterly direction by a road forming the north-eastern boundary of said allotment, across a road, and thence generally in a north-easterly, easterly, and south-easterly direction by the said road along the north-western boundary of Allotments 7, 5, 4, and 3 of said parish, and the northern and north-eastern boundaries of said Allotment 3, across a road, and by the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 16 and 19 of said parish, the north-western boundary of said Allotment 19, across a road, and by the north-western and northern boundaries of Allotment 20 of said parish; thence generally in a south-eastern direction by the said road along the north-eastern boundary of Allotments 20 to 29 (inclusive), across a road, and by the eastern boundary of Allotment 31 of said parish to the boundary between the Waipa and West Taupo Counties; thence in a north-easterly direction by the said county boundaries to the northernmost corner of Puahue No. 1A No. 1 Block, as shown on Plan No. 3354A, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence generally in a south-easterly direction by the road shown on said plan, across a road, and by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the Puahue Block, shown on Plan No. 3374A, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to a point the production of the southern boundary of Lot 7, shown on Plan No. 7793, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by a line to and by the southern boundary of aforesaid Allotment 7, the eastern boundary of last said allotment, and the southern boundary of Lot 6, shown on the last said plan; thence again in a south-easterly direction by the eastern boundary of Allotment 8, shown on said last plan, and part of the south-east boundary of Pukekura No. 14 to its southernmost corner; thence in a north-easterly direction generally by the south-east and eastern boundary of said Pukekura No. 14 and Part 13 of Pukekura Block aforesaid to the north-western corner of Maungatautari No. 1A Block, shown on

thence across a road, and by the said northern boundary of Section 41 and the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of said section; thence by the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 7, Block V, Patetere North Survey District, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 6 of aforesaid block; thence by a line across a road to and by the eastern boundary of last said section; thence by the northern boundary of Section 12, Block X, of aforesaid survey district, and eastern boundary of said section to the Waotu-Putaruru Road, across the last said road, and by the road forming the eastern boundary of Section 14, Block X aforesaid; thence by the road forming the southern boundary of Section 14 aforesaid and Section 13 of aforesaid block to a point the production of the south-east boundary of Section 23 of Block X aforesaid; thence by a line across a road to and by the south-east boundary of aforesaid section, and that boundary produced across a road to and by the eastern boundary of Section 54, Block IX of aforesaid survey district, and the eastern and southern boundaries of Sections 1 and 3 of Block XIII of aforesaid survey district, across a road, and by the southern boundary of Section 2, Block XIV of aforesaid survey district, to the western boundary of Lot 1 of Section 41, Selwyn Settlement; thence in a southerly direction by said western boundary and the eastern boundaries of Waotu North Nos. 2F and 2G 1 Blocks; thence by the southern boundaries of Waotu North Nos. 2G 1 and 2G 2 Blocks to the north-east corner of Waotu South C No. 6 Block, and by the eastern boundary of said block to the northern boundary of Waotu South No. 10B; thence by said northern boundary and the northern boundaries of Waotu South Nos. 12 and 13, and by the eastern boundary of last said block and that boundary produced across a road; thence by the northern boundary of Waotu South No. 10C and the eastern boundary of said block;
