NOTICE is hereby given that A. Jovich, of Awanui North, Gum-digger, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1919, at 2.30 o'clock.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a dealing affecting Mortgage No. 74178 (of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 188, folio 217, being part of Section 28, Karori District, being Lot 11, Block 2, deposited plan 1185, in name of ALEXANDER JOHNSTON and CHARLES HARMAN), in favour of LAURA MADOCKS AND OTHERS, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, Vol. 188, folio 217, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said mortgage and certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said mortgage, register the dealing, and issue the provisional certificate of title as requested, on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
