Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of th Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki on Wednesday, the 3rd day of September, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the said land be sold to Herbert Punch, of Raetihi, farmer, for the sum of £1 15s. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakaraka 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the said land be sold to Herbert George Birch, of Maxwelltown, farmer, for the sum of £32 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation of the owner's interest in the said land, whichever be the higher."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakaraka 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the said land be sold to J. S. Barrow, of Waverley, farmer, for the amount of the Government valuation thereof."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Tuesday, the 9th day of September, 1919, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the land known as Puketarata No. 1, containing 146 acres, more or less, be sold to Ethel Elizabeth Allen for a sum equal to the Government valuation of the owner's interest thereof."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Ohotu 5B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Tuesday, the 9th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the said land be leased to Sidney Herbert Downes, of Wanganui, farmer, for a term of forty-two years, at a rental of 2s. 3d. per acre for the first seven years, 2s. 6d. per acre for the next seven years, 3s. for the next seven years, and at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the said land in the year 1940 for the next twenty-one years."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 5B 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Tuesday, the 9th day of September, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the said land be leased to Ngapaki Hoani Mete Kingi, of Putiki, aboriginal Native, for the term of forty-two years, at the yearly rent of 1s. 9d. per acre for the first seven years, 2s. 3d. for the next seven years, 3s. 3d. for the next seven years, and 5 per cent. of the unimproved Government valuation for the last twenty-one years."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A 17 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the Waimarino A 17 Block be leased to Reimana Tuatini, of Raetihi, farmer (returned soldier), for a period of forty-two years, at the rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years of the term, and at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value of the said land for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A 17 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the land known as Waimarino A 17 be sold to Godfrey Clapham Wells, of Wanganui, returned soldier, for the sum of £2,587."
