Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6r Section 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Elsie Florence Clarke shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Owhta No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to.”
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Alfred Tawahinga Butt shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiteti No. 2A, Section 1B No. 1A, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Thomas Joseph Kare shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Thomas Joseph Kare shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to John William Davys shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoukorero No. 4B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Wednesday, the 13th day of August, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That portion of the money derived from the sale of the land be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Native Patriotic Association, Ohinemutu.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of surrender of the lease to Pokirangi Mohi shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waione No. 3B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Wednesday, the 13th day of August, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Edward Mallaby Goodwin shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heruiwi No. 4A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Whaiti on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1919 (on the arrival of the mail), for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2D 2B 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Wednesday, the 13th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of Nuhaka 2D 2B 3 Block be granted to Heni Rarere, of Nuhaka, Aboriginal Native woman, for a term of twenty-one years, at the annual rental not to be less than 5 per cent. of the Government capital valuation of the said land, with a right to compensation for improvements effected thereon during the said term.”
NOTE.—The present Government valuation is £500.
