REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okoheriki No. 1D No. 6B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to Michael Murphy shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of lease to Michael Murphy shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiteti No. 2A Section 1A No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Wahiao Simpkins shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotohokahoka D North 4 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Harry Mitten shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Harry Mitten shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to James Baker shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to James Baker shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William S. G. Bridle shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oamaru No. 1C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Thomas Alexander Waldren shall be agreed to.”
