I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be Returning Officer to hold the first election of trustees for the Blue Mountain Rabbit District duly constituted for the purpose of Part III of the said Act.
