REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhero 3B 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to B. W. Williams for the sum of £364.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 29C 2G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to James John Walker for the sum of £6 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 5D No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Hugh Mortimer McColl for the sum of £2 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of 15s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rapaura 2A, Section 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to Alfred William Jones for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 10s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the next twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Alfred William Jones for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to James Swanton for the sum of £131.”

“ That the land be sold to Mary Ann Briggs for the sum of £185.”

“ That the land be sold to Amelia Jane Bell for the sum of £143.”

“ That the land be leased to Matilda Voyce for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be leased to Robert Were for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”
