Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 680 will be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,174.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 9B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £304 13s. 9d.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 640 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Alfred Julian for the sum of £140.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 1, Block VIII, Te Kuiti Township, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Margaret Hooper for the sum of £2,500.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B 8B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to George Hamilton Metcalfe for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pikiatua will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the land be sold to Frederick Bredenbeck for the sum of £4 per acre.”
“(2.) That the land be sold to Colin John Riddle for the sum of £5 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Owen E. Harris for the sum of £2 per acre.”
