Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otorohanga 4B 2B 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Friday, the 11th day of July, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £996.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33C 3B 4, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Friday, the 11th day of July, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That portion of the land containing 2 roods 32 perches be sold to Alexander Ferguson for the sum of £10.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru 1A 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Thursday, the 3rd day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to George McGinnis Hendry for the sum of £430.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Warekawa 4B 3F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Thursday, the 3rd day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Eileen Kate Nesta Adams for the amount of a special Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 6A No. 2 (part), (1,464 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 11th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Ellen Robertson, of Wellington, married woman, for the sum of £5,267.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 5B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block be leased to Sydney Herbert Downes, of Wanganui, farmer, for forty-two years at a rent of 1s. 9d. per acre for the first seven years, 2s. per acre for the next seven years, 3s. per acre for the next seven years, and at 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value of the said land in the year 1940 for the last twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 12 o’clock noon for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That Ngaporo No. 4 Block, containing 200 acres, more or less, be leased to George Taylor Manson, of Pipiriki, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at the yearly rental during the first twenty-one years of the said term of 1s. 6d. per acre, and at the yearly rental during the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per cent. upon the unimproved value of the said land at the commencement of such second period of twenty one-years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukewhakapu 2B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block be sold to Ernest Henry Whiteman, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £3 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the land, whichever be the higher.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 10th day of July, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the residue of the block of land known as Te Tuhi 3B Block, containing 317 acres 0 roods 8 perches, be leased to Sydney Smith Waide, of Ahurangi, Wanganui River, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental equivalent to 5 per cent. upon the present unimproved value of the said land.”
