duced to the present boundary of the Papakura Town Dis-
trict; thence towards the south generally by boundary of
the Papakura Town District as described in New Zealand
Gazette, 1882, page 1106, to the place of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
PAPAKURA TOWN DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the
Otahuhu and Drury Survey Districts, commencing at the
westernmost corner of Allotment 5 of Section 6, Village of
Papakura. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment 4
of Section 6, Village of Papakura; thence by a line to the
middle of the road forming the south-west boundaries of
Allotments 10 and 11 of Section 8 of the aforesaid village ;
thence by a line along the middle of the said road to the
Auckland-Wellingion Main Trunk Railway; thence towards
the north-east by the said railway to the north-west boundary
of Allotment 17 of Section 8 of the aforesaid village; thence
again towards the north-west by a line across the aforesaid
railway and by the north-west boundary of Allotment 17
aforesaid; thence again towards the north-east by a public
road 100 links wide to a point the production of a subdivision-
line of Allotment 41, Parish of Papakura, and shown on
plan 10783, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland; thence again towards the north-west
by a line across the said road to and by the said subdivision-
line shown on plan 10783 aforesaid to the north-east boundary
of said Allotment 41; thence again towards the north-east,
by the north-east boundary of said Allotment 41, to a point
800 links from the old Wairoa Road; thence again towards
the north-west by a line parallel to and 800 links distant from
the said old Wairoa Road, across a public road, by the pro-
duction of the said line, across a public road, and again by
the production of the said line to a point the production of
the north-east boundary of Lot 2 subdivision of Allotment 27,
Parish of Hunua, and distant 632ยท4 links from the north-
western corner of said Allotment 27, and shown on plan
1157A, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland; thence again towards the north-east by a line
the production of the said north-east boundary of Lot 2 of
Allotment 27, Parish of Hunua, to and across a public road,
by the said north-east boundary of said Lot 2, to and across
a public road, and by that line produced to the north-west
boundary of Lot 15 subdivision of Section 1, Parish of
Opaheke; thence again towards the north-west by the said
north-west boundary of Lot 15 aforesaid, and the north-
west boundary of Lot 16 of the aforesaid subdivision to a
public road; thence towards the east generally by a road
forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 16, 15, 14, 13, 12,
11, and 10 of subdivision of Section 1, Opaheke Parish,
across a public road, and by a road forming the eastern
boundaries of Lots 54, 53, 50, of said subdivision, across a
public road, and by a road forming the north-eastern bound-
aries of Lots 48, 45, 43, 42, 36, and 37 of said subdivision;
thence towards the south by the road forming the southern
boundaries of Lots 37, 38, 39, and 40 of aforesaid subdivision,
across a public road, by the road forming the southern
boundaries of Lots 65 and 66 of said subdivision, by a line
across the Auckland-Wellington Main Trunk Railway, and
by the road forming the southern boundaries of Lots 99, 98,
97, and 96 of said subdivision and that boundary produced
across a public road; thence towards the west by Lot 7 of
Allotment 15, Parish of Opaheke; thence again towards the
south by the southern boundaries of Lots 8 and 3 of sub-
division of Allotment 15 aforesaid and that boundary pro-
duced across a public road; thence again towards the cast
by the last said road to the southern boundary of Lot 2 of
subdivision of eastern portion of Allotment 11, Parish of
Opaheke; thence again towards the south by the southern
boundary generally of Lot 2 aforesaid; thence towards the
west by the western boundary of said Lot 2; thence towards
the north by the northern boundary of said Lot 2 to a point
the production of the north-east boundary-line of subdivision
of part of Allotment 8, Parish of Opaheke, and shown on
plan 1116, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland; thence towards the south-west by a line, the
production of the north-east boundary-line of subdivision of
part of Allotment 8 aforesaid, to and across a public road,
and by that line to the north-west corner of Lot 11, as shown
on plan 8358, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland; thence again towards the north by
northern boundaries of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7, shown on
plan 8358 aforesaid; thence towards the south-west by the

south-western boundary of Lot 12, shown on plan 8358
aforesaid, by the production of the last said boundary-line
across a public road, and by the south-western boundary-line
of Lot 38, shown on plan 8358 aforesaid; thence towards the
south by the production of the northern boundary-line of
Lot 38 aforesaid to high-water mark of the Pahurehure
Inlet; thence towards the west generally by high-water mark
of Pahurehure Inlet and Manukau Harbour to the place of
commencement.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native
Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the lands
described in the Schedule hereto.

deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
