Boundaries of Papakura Town District enlarged.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the seventeenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventeenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, the Town District of Papakura was duly constituted and proclaimed under the Town Boards Act, 1881, with the boundaries described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation:
And whereas it is expedient to enlarge the boundaries of the said town district in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and section twenty-nine of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1918, do hereby enlarge the said Town District of Papakura by adding thereto the areas described in the First Schedule hereto, and do declare that on and after the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, the boundaries of the said town district shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREAS INCLUDED IN PAPAKURA TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west by the north-western boundary of Allotment 5, Section 6, Village of Papakura, to the Great South Road; thence by a right line to the intersection of the centre of the road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment 12 of Section 8, Village of Papakura; thence towards the east generally by a right line to the boundary of the Town District of Papakura as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1882, page 1106; thence by that boundary to the Pahurehure Inlet, and by the Pahurehure Inlet to the place of commencement.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-east generally by the Papakura Town District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1882, page 1106, from the Pahurehure Inlet at the intersection of Elliott A.
Street to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 99 of subdivision of Section 1; thence towards the south generally by the road forming the southern boundaries of Lots 99, 98, 97, and 96, and that boundary produced across a public road, and by the eastern boundary of Lot 7 of Allotment 15, Parish of Opaheke; thence by the southern boundaries of Lots 8 and 3 of Allotment 15 aforesaid, and that boundary produced across a public road; thence by the last-mentioned road to the southern boundary of Lot 2 subdivision of eastern portion of Allotment 11, Parish of Opaheke; thence by the southern boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid; thence towards the west generally by the western and part of the northern boundaries of Lot 2 to a point in line with the eastern boundary of subdivision of part of Allotment 8, Parish of Opaheke, and shown on plan 1116, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence towards the south-wast by a line the production of the north-eastern boundary-line of subdivision of part of Allotment 8 aforesaid to and across a public road, and by that line to the north-western corner of Lot 11, as shown on plan 8358, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by the northern boundaries of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7; thence by the south-western boundary of Lot 12, the abutment of Clark Road, and by the south-western boundary of Lot 38 and the production of the northern boundary of Lot 38 aforesaid to the Pahurehure Inlet, and by the Pahurehure Inlet to the place of commencement.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Otahuhu and Drury Survey Districts, bounded towards the north-west generally commencing on the northern boundary of Allotment 17 where the western side of the railway reserve intersects that section; thence across the railway and by the northern boundary of Section 17 aforesaid to a public road; thence across that road to the north-western corner of the southern subdivision of Section 41, Otahuhu Survey District, and shown on L.T. plan 10783, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of that subdivision to a point distance 800 links north-east of old Wairoa Road; thence again towards the north-west by a line parallel to and 800 links distant from the said road, across a public road by the production of the said line, across a public road, and again by the production of the said line to a point of the production of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 subdivision of Allotment 27, Parish of Hunua, and distant 632.4 links from the north-western corner of said Allotment
