pakapa Road District, commencing at the Makarau Railway-station to West Coast Road, in Lot 69, about two chains south of the junction of the Makarau and Tahekeroa Streams, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, following generally the direction of the North Auckland Railway, and adjoining or passing through the said Lots 69, W. portion 34, S.W. portion 35, N.E. portion 35, 54, S.E. portion 36, N.E. portion 36, S.W. portion 52, N. portion 52, 51, 47, 50, 184, and 175, all in the Makarau Parish, and terminating at a point at the Tahekeroa Railway-station about six chains from the intersection with the Tahekeroa to Tahekeroa Tunnel Road; being a distance of 3 miles 65 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Tutukaka Wharf Road, in the Whangarei County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Tutukaka Wharf Road, in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, commencing at the junction with the Ngunguru-Matapouri Road, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, fronting Sections 1 and 2, Block XIV, Opua whanga Survey District, and Section 1, Block IV, Whangarei Survey District, and terminating at the Tutukaka Wharf; being a distance of sixty chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45505, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Roto Road, in Ohura County, to be a County Road.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45956, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of road reserve in Block IX, Kanieri Survey District, in the Westland Land District, containing 50 acres, more or less, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 1219, and proceeding along its south-eastern boundary to the left bank of the Hokitika River; thence along the said river-bank to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part of Reserve No. 1462 (State forest); thence to the southern corner of the said reserve, and generally along its south-eastern and eastern boundaries to the point of commencement. As the said area of road reserve is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45932, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tokirima Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Tokirima Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Tokirima Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at four o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Tokirima, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
