SCHEDULE.
TOKIRIMA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 18 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 39, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 23, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1045·3 links; towards the east by Section 23 aforesaid, 1372·1 links; towards the south by Section 24, Block XIV aforesaid, 1651·4 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26, Block XIV aforesaid, 1500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1680/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 45 acres 0 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section 23, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north and east generally by the Tokirima Road, 4112·4 links; towards the south by Section 24, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1539·7 links; towards the west by Section 39, Block XIV aforesaid, 1372·1 links; again towards the south by Section 39 aforesaid, 1045·3 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26, Block XIV aforesaid, 1717·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1680/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 3rd September, 1918, and gazetted the 5th September, 1918, affecting Kahuwera B No. 2B Subdivisions.
PART II.
Kahuwera B No. 2B Section 3 Block, containing 63 acres 3 roods, more or less, situate in Totoro Survey District.
