Declaring Portion of Silich Road, in the Otamatea County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.

Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Silich Road, in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, commencing at its junction with Dun Road, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 78, 79, 80, and 81, Block XI, Tokatoka Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of the said Section 81; being a distance of 1 mile 28 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45937, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Manganui Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Manganui Road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Stratford County, commencing at its junction with Croydon Road, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, and passing along the southern boundaries of Sections 1s, 2s, and 3s, and terminating at the south-western corner of Section 4s, all being subdivisions of Sections 12 and 13, Block IX, Huiroa Survey District; being a distance of seventy-five chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45955, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45936, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45935, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Makarau Railway-station to Tahekeroa Railway-station Road, in the Kaukapakapa Road District, to be a District Road.
