WOODLANDS DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally commencing at the north-western boundary of part Section 1, shown on plan 3546, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, by the northern boundary of that section and Allotments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 of Section 3, Parish of Kirikiriroa; thence by the county boundary to and by the southern boundary of Lot 1 to and across a road to the south-western corner of Lot 7, shown on L.T. Plan 6823; thence by that road to the south-western corner of Lot 5; thence by the southern and eastern boundaries of that lot and the eastern boundary of Lot 4, shown on L.T. Plan 6823; thence by Lot 9 and a public road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, shown on the last-mentioned plan; thence by Lots 1, 5, and 6 of a subdivision of Motumaho No. 2 Block, and that boundary produced to the Frankton-Morrinsville Railway; thence by that railway to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, shown on D.P. 7012; thence to and by that boundary to the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, shown on D.P. 11933; thence by that lot to the southernmost corner of Lot 2, shown on D.P. 11933; thence by the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of part Lot 1, shown on D.P. 11933, to the southern boundary of Lot 5, shown on D.P. 7012; thence by the southern and western boundaries of that lot and the western boundary produced to the northern side of the Frankton-Morrinsville Railway, and by that railway to the Hukanui-Piako Road, and by that road to the western boundary of part Section 1 as shown on deposited plan 3546 aforesaid, and by the western boundary of part Section 1 to the place of commencement.

Declaring Bradley Road, in the Otamatea County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington; this seventh day of May, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road known as Bradley Road, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, commencing at its junction with Galvin Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 45, 43, and 41, Block XI, Tokatoka Survey District, and terminating at the north-western corner of the said Section 41; being a distance of fifty chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Consenting to the Establishment of a Toll-gate on the Whangarei to Whangarei Heads Road, Whangarei County.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventh day of May, 1919.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Whangarei County Council establishing a toll-gate on the Whangarei to Whangarei Heads Road, in Section 8, Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District. As the site of the said toll-gate is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44474, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Declaring Portion of Heckler’s Loan Block Road, in the Ekatahuna County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of Heckler’s Loan Block Road, situated in the Wellington Land District, Ekatahuna County, commencing at its junction with Benton’s Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly and then south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 84, 3, and 4, Block XVI, Mangaone Survey District, and terminating at the boundary between Sections 4 and 5, Block XVI aforesaid; being a distance of 110 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45894, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Whakatomomo Road, in the Wellington Land District, Featherston County, commencing at a point marked 2 miles, on the western boundary of Subdivision 1, Whakatomomo Block, Block X, Haurangi Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, and 4, A, B, C, D, 5E, 5F, of the said Whakatomomo Block, and part Section 1, Block X, Haurangi Survey District, and terminating at a point marked 4 miles 50 chains in the said Section 1, Block X, Haurangi Survey District; being a distance of 210 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45915, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
