Commencing at a point on the western boundary of Section 14, Block III, Onamalutu Survey District, bearing and measuring 26° 59', 2800 links, from the northern corner of Section 26, said Block III: bounded to the east generally by Sections 14, 26, Small Grazing-runs 56, 19, and 18, Block III aforesaid, and Section 7, Block VII, Onamalutu Survey District, to the westermmost corner of said Section 7; thence towards the west generally by the reserve for the growth and preservation of timber, to the point of commencement. All that land situated in Block IX, Onamalutu Survey District, and Block XIII, Pine Valley Survey District, containing an area of 800 acres, more or less. Commencing at Peg XL on the western boundary of Small Grazing-run 130, Block IX, Onamalutu Survey District: bounded towards the east generally by Small Grazing-run 130; thence towards the south and south-west generally by Small Grazing-runs 129, 127, and 159, to the reserve for the growth and preservation of timber; thence towards the north-west and north generally by the said reserve to the point of commencement. As delineated in red outline on the map aforesaid and numbered 6.

All that land being Section 3, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 1,410 acres. Commencing at the north-western corner: bounded towards the north and north-east generally by Section 5, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District; towards the east generally by the reserve for the growth and preservation of timber; towards the south by Section 10, Block I, Cloudy Bay Survey District; towards the west generally by Section 15, Block I, and Section 7, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District, to the point of commencement. Commencing at the north-western corner : bounded to the north generally by Sections 1 and 7, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District; towards the east generally by Section 3, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District, and Section 10, Block I, Cloudy Bay Survey District; towards the south generally by Run 13, Section 9, Block I, aforesaid, Run 155A, and Section 12, Block IV, Onamalutu Survey District; and towards the west generally by Small Grazing-run 85 and Section 14, Block 1, Cloudy Bay Survey District, to the point of commencement.
