11, Monowai Survey District, which has not been set aside
for any other purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 34,000 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in Blocks 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11,
and 12, Preservation Survey District, which has not been
set aside for any other purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 72,600 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in the Hakapoua Survey District which has not been set aside for any other purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 23,600 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in Blocks 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 12, and
13, Rowallan Survey District, which has not been set aside
for any other purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 68,000 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in Waitutu Survey District
which has not been set aside for any other purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 11,900 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Gap
Survey District, which has not been set aside for any other
purpose.
All that area containing by estimation 8,100 acres, being
all the bush-clad Crown land in Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14,
16, and 17, Waikaia Survey District, which has not been
set aside for any other purpose.
As all the foregoing areas are shown on sheets 19 to 27
inclusive, of roll map 450, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Portion of Arapawanui No. 2 Block, and adjoining Arapawanui No. 1 Block, to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule
hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court
made on the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and seventeen, duly laid out as road-lines, in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said
road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given
by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district
concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines
should be proclaimed as public roads:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1913, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for
disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under
special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
