LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WALTER NORRELL

to be a trustee, in the place of George William Mace, who has left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Te Aroha Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Thomas Stanley, sen., John Benjamin Johnson, James Buchanan Thomas, William T. W. Hughes, George Cowley, Alfred Bossons, and Frederick William Wild, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Trustees for the Maukoro Public Cemetery appointed.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Part II.—Name of Cemetery and Description of Land.

MAUKORO.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Section 21A, Block V, Waitoa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 21 in the said Block V, 1383·8 links; towards the east by the Maukoro Native Reserve, B Section 2, and B Section 1, 781·8 links; towards the south generally by Section 31 of the aforesaid Block V, Waitoa Survey District, 922·8, 567·7, 384·3, and 560·5 links; and towards the west generally by a public road, 178·4, 350·1, and 733·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/306, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plans 19222 and 12813A.)
