Suburban Land.

The Town of Raurimu is situated on Main Trunk Railway opposite Raurimu Railway-station, about twenty-six miles south of Taumarunui and about thirty miles north of Raetihi. All the sections under offer comprise open land more or less in grass; Sections 8 and 13, Block X, and Section 5, Block XI, have small watercourses running through them. All the others are good dry building-sites fronting main road. Section 10, Block V, is cut about by small streams.

The Town of Waimarino is situated on the North Island Main Trunk Railway, thirty-one miles south of Taumarunui and twenty-one miles north of Ohakune. All the sections are level, and covered with tussock and native grass. The elevation is 2,636 ft. above sea-level. A new tourist coach-road, which is one of the most interesting drives in the Dominion, has been completed between Waimarino and Tokaanu, and is used as a mail route.

Weighted with £171, valuation for improvements.
Situated between Main Trunk Road and railway at Pokako Station, about three miles north of Horopito Township. These lots comprise bush land, at an altitude of about 2,600 ft. above sea-level. The improvements on part Section 6 comprise felling and fencing; on part Section 8 they comprise three-roomed house, iron-roofed whare, and outbuildings.
