Lieutenant John Christopher Holland is transferred to the 4th (Waikato) Mounted Rifles. Dated 25th March, 1919.

N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain (temp.) James Renfrew White is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst employed as Orthopaedic Surgeon to the N.Z. Military Forces. Dated 27th March, 1919.
Sergeant-Major Ernest Chappell is appointed Adjutant and Quartermaster (temp.), Queen Mary Hospital, Hanmer, and is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant whilst so employed. Dated 17th March, 1919.

N.Z. DENTAL CORPS.
The notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette No. 135 of 1st December, 1916, relating to Captain (temp.) Walter Nelson Canning Mitchell is cancelled, and the following substituted:—
Walter Nelson Canning Mitchell to be Lieutenant to date from 26th September, 1916, and is appointed Deputy Assistant Director of Dental Services, Auckland Military District, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain whilst so acting. Dated 26th September, 1916.

N.Z. CHAPLAINS DEPARTMENT.
The Reverend Clement Houchen, M.C., Chaplain to the Forces, 4th Class, to be Chaplain to the Forces, 3rd Class. Dated 16th May, 1918.
The Reverend Alexander McDonald to be Chaplain to the Forces, 4th Class. Dated 1st November, 1915.
The Reverend James Izatt Clarke, Chaplain to the Forces, 4th Class, resigns his commission. Dated 22nd March, 1919.
