And, using all diligence, you are required to report to me
from time to time, under your hands and seals, the result
of your inquiry into each river separately, with any recom-
mendations as you may think fit to make in the premises,
each river being reported upon as soon as possible after your
investigations have been completed, and the whole of the
said rivers shall be reported upon within a period of six
calendar months from the date hereof.
And it is hereby declared that these premises shall con-
tinue in full force and virtue although your inquiries are not
regularly continued from time to time or from place to place
by adjournment.
And, lastly, it is hereby further declared that these pre-
sents are issued under and subject to the provisions of the
Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908.
