Inspector of Scaffolding appointed.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

JAMES MARTIN SWAIN

to be an Inspector under the Scaffolding Inspection Act, 1908, to exercise his functions within the district composed of the Borough of Gisborne, the Town District of Mangapapa, and the Cook County. The appointment is dated the 2nd day of April, 1919.
