sixteen, the exportation of various goods from the Dominion
of New Zealand was prohibited save with the consent of the
Minister of Customs:

And whereas it is deemed expedient to amend the afore-
said Order in Council in the manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section
forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, and section twenty-
four of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend
the aforesaid Order in Council of the tenth day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and sixteen, by omitting from the
Second Schedule thereto the words "Unset diamonds."

Vesting a Reserve in the Havelock North Town Board.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of March, 1919.
Present :
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart for cemetery purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Havelock North
Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Havelock North Town
Board, in trust, for cemetery purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing
by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 35 perches, more or less,
being part of Suburban Sections 35 and 49, Havelock,
Block IV, Te Mata Survey District. Bounded towards the
north-east by Lot 1 (D.P. 2055), 500-5 links; towards the
south-east by Lot 3 (D.P. 2398), 582-4 links, and Lot 4
(D.P. 2449), 300 links respectively; towards the south-west
by Lot 4 (D.P. 2449) and Gilpin Road, 998-4 links; and
towards the north-west by Gilpin Road, 598-8 links, to point
of commencement : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/234,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting the Control of a Travelling-stock Reserve in the Hawke's
Bay County Council.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of March, 1919.
Present :
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart as a resting-place for travel-
ling stock: And whereas it is expedient that the control of
the said reserve should be vested in the Hawke's Bay County
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section two of the Public Reserves and Domains
Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby vest the control of the
said reserve in the Hawke's Bay County Council, subject,
however, to the following conditions:-
B
(1.) The said reserve shall at all times be available for the
accommodation of travelling stock.

(2.) The said Council shall, within a period of eighteen
months from the date hereof, clear, grass, and fence the said
reserve for the purpose of providing grazing and accommodation for travelling stock.

(3.) The charges for grazing and paddocking stock shall
not exceed two shillings per hundred head for sheep and
twopence per head for cattle.

(4.) Provision shall be made for keeping different flocks
of sheep and herds of cattle separate as far as possible.

(5.) Except under stress of weather, or in cases where
roads are temporarily impassable, no stock which has been
accommodated in the reserve for one night and one day shall
be permitted to remain therein for any longer period if other
stock requires accommodation which could not otherwise be
provided except by the removal of the stock already in the
reserve.

(6.) Except for the purpose of consuming feed running to
waste and keeping the pasture in good order, no stock other
than travelling stock, and one horse as may be required for
the use of any caretaker appointed by the said Council, shall
be permitted to graze within the boundaries of the said
reserve.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing
by admeasurement 9 acres, more or less, being Section 4,
Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey District. Bounded towards
the north, north-west, north-east, and south-east generally
by Arapawanui Road, 3716 links; and towards the south-
west and west by Section 1, Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey
District, 1000 and 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 6/1/218, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

Trustees for the Woodbury Public Cemetery appointed.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act,
1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint
JOHN Fifield,
WILLIAM TAIT,
HERBERT COOLING, and
THOMAS PERCIVAL WOODING
to be trustees, in the place of John Thatcher, deceased, and
Frederick Robert Flatman, Henry Faber Brown, and Joseph
Webb, who have resigned, to provide for the maintenance
and care of the Woodbury Public Cemetery, in conjunction
with Joseph Wooding, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this fifteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act,

do hereby appoint
KENNETH MORTON and
WILLIAM THOMAS REA
to be trustees, in the place of Franz Schultze Hoeing and
Samuel Dickey, deceased, to provide for the maintenance
and care of the Katikati Public Cemetery, in conjunction
with George Vesey Stewart, William J. Gray, Edward
Hornidge Gladstones, Mervyn Archdale Stewart, and
Charles Thomas Dunne, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this fifteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen.
