REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 15, Block XXV, Otorohanga Township, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 17th day of March, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to John Willis for the sum of £120.”

“That the land be sold to John Ormsby for the sum of £4 5s. per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Arthur Mold for the sum of £386.”

“That the land be leased to Tawhi Erueti for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 4s. per acre.”

“That portion of the land, containing 2 roods 32 perches, be sold to Alexander Ferguson for the sum of £10.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rapaura 2A, Section 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That the land be leased to A. W. Jones for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 10s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“(2.) That the land be sold to A. W. Jones for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Ian L. McLuckie for the sum of £5 6s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Kuiti 2B 1N (roads) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said piece of land be transferred to the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Kuiti to the end and interest that the said piece of land shall be forever used as a public road or street.”
