REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manuaitu B No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 17th day of March, 1919, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be leased to Edward H. Schnackenberg for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first ten years and 4s. 6d. per acre during the balance of the term.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B 7 3B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 17th day of March, 1919, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be leased to Elizabeth Barker for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-five years and 4s. per acre during the next twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhunga No. 18A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 17th day of March, 1919, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Charles Swann for the sum of £545.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hautoru East B 2 2R 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 17th day of March, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the assembled owners accept and request the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board to accept and confirm a surrender of the lease by William Ray of the above block on the full rent, and all expenses of surrender being paid to the date of confirmation of the resolution to surrender.”
