Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kinohaku East 1A 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That all timber on the land be sold to George Justin Browne for the sum of £30, and that the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board be authorized to pay an amount not exceeding half of the moneys received for the timber to the lessee, to allow such timber to be sold and removed, such timber to be removed within ten years from the date of the passing of the resolution.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 110, Parish of Tamahere, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matangi on Friday, the 21st day of March, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That the land be sold to E. J. Dobbs for the amount of the Government valuation.

“(2.) That the land be leased to E. J. Dobbs at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation.

“(3.) That the land be sold to Harry Robinson for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairahaki 1B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 21st day of March, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to John Fasher for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 7s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotokohu 5B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 21st day of March, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Gladys Nicholson for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hikurangi will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Saturday, the 22nd day of March, 1919, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Hohepa Mataitaua for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“That the land be leased to Duncan Donald McKenzie for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per cent. of the Government valuation, with right of renewal for a further twenty-one years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.”

“That the land be sold to Henry R. Bush for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“(1.) That the land be sold to Witika Taupo for the amount of the Government valuation.

“(2.) That the land be leased to Witika Taupo for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“That the land be sold to Harold Joseph Crowther for the sum of £4 10s. per acre.”
