SCHEDULE.
HAWK’S CRAG SCENIC RESERVE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 8,200 acres, more or less, being Reserve Nos. 8 and 9, situated in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Ohika Survey District. As the same are more particularly described in a Warrant dated the 30th day of January, 1907, and published in Gazette of the 7th day of February, 1907, pages 451-2.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WALTER HERBERT BEDELL,
WILLIAM EATON BURT, and
ROBERT WIN
to be Inspectors under the said Act in respect to the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
GLENHOPE SCENIC RESERVE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 5,000 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 1, situated in Blocks II, III, VI, VII, IX, X, Hope Survey District.
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,200 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2, situated in Blocks VI, VII, IX, X, XI, Hope Survey District.
As the same are more particularly described in a Warrant dated the 30th day of January, 1907, and published in Gazette of the 7th day of February, 1907, pages 451-2.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

NEWTON SCENIC RESERVE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 7,300 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 4, situated in Blocks XIV, XV, XVI, Lyell Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Maruia Survey District.
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 500 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 5, situated in Block XIII, Lyell Survey District, and Block I, Maruia Survey District.
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,800 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 6, situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Lyell Survey District, Blocks I, II, and III, Maruia Survey District, and Block III, Inangahua Survey District.
As the same are more particularly described in a Warrant dated the 30th day of January, 1907, and published in Gazette of the 7th day of February, 1907, pages 451-2.

Trustee for the Waimate Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
PETER GRANT
to be a trustee, in the place of Andrew Carter, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimate Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Alfred Garland, John Foley, Arthur James Manchester, Reverend John Awdry Julius, and Edwin Claud Hayes, M.R.C.S., previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Amending Regulations for the Military Forces of New Zealand.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following additional regulations to those for the Military Forces of New Zealand made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen; and I do hereby declare that these regulations shall come into force as from the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATIONS FOR THE MILITARY FORCES OF NEW ZEALAND, 1913.
SECTION IV.
(1.) After paragraph 155 add the following:—
Orderlies to the Governor-General.
155A. Warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, and men of the Royal New Zealand Artillery, and warrant officers and non-commissioned officers of the New Zealand Permanent Staff, to the total number of two, may be seconded for service with the Governor-General of New Zealand for a period of four years.
155B. While employed at Government House, non-commissioned officers and men will, if so recommended, and if not already holding such rank, be granted the temporary rank of Staff Sergeant-Major, and on completion of their period of engagement with the Governor-General will revert to their proper status in their regiment, their promotion and seniority in which will not in any way have been prejudiced by their being seconded for service as in paragraph 155A.
155C. The pay of warrant officers and non-commissioned officers employed at Government House will be as laid down in Financial Instructions and Allowance Regulations for the New Zealand Permanent Staff.
